Where the Founders desire to create a voluntary non-profitable public charitable foundation in the name of TechSakthi Foundation
OBJCTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION
1. To Financially support educational and training needs of the socially and economically disadvantaged students at all levels of education
2. To Financial support needy individual to take care of their health and to meet their medical expenses if necessary.
3. To Support students to pay for their educational fees, books and other related materials, and living expenses if needed.
4. To Support poor individuals at time of job search and location of appropriate employment.
5. To Sustain and support deserving individuals in their quest to find ways and establish a business to eke a living.
6. The Foundation will conduct from time to fund raising efforts to increase its endowments.
7. The Founders will have the sole discretion to invest the endowment in the best possible way the Founders feel fit to achieve their of the Foundation.
8. The Founders will meet periodically to review the activities of the Foundation and decide the best course of action for the future of the Foundation.
9. The Founders will at no time decide to make an award based on, caste, creed, religion, gender or place of origin or spoken language.
10. The Foundation will promote the idea of Universal Education based only on the motivation of the individual and not on monetary resource or family background.
11. The Long term objective of the Foundation is to promote a centre for the advancement of educated democracy.
12. The Foundation may also support other charitable organizations that may have similar objectives or goals.
